Building consists of 17 apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms.

Gardens and terraces

The terraces are large and livable, with captivating outlooks. They are perfect for sharing with friends, dinning with family or just staring at the stars and spending time outdoors in absolute privacy. Wrapping around the upper building volumes, they extend the already generous living zones and bring fresh air, sunlight and nature home.
Ground floor apartments own private gardens composed of paved areas and open grassy lawns waiting to be flourished and equipped by its new residents. As El Campello counts more than 300 sunny days during the year, gardens serve as an extension which turns ground floor apartments into urban oasis.

Facade

Formed by externally plastered ceramic brick with a mineral and porcelain mortar, according to the design of the Facultative Directorate, and internally projected thermal and acoustic insulation and air chamber, providing the home with great comfort and energy savings.
The protection of the terraces is solved by means of wide railings of colorless safety glass, installed between steel uprights.
The set of exterior carpentry and glazing will ensure compliance with the Technical Building Code, specifically the Basic Document on Energy Saving and Protection against Noise, increasing the level of comfort inside the home.
Carpentry with aluminum profiles according to project design with high thermal and acoustic performance. Double glazing with air chamber and roller blinds with motorized drive, color similar to that of the exterior carpentry.
